Here's a (pretty small, though) stopmotion experiment I recorded by making 'substitution animation' (kind of like animating with videogame-sprites in "real-life", but not related to videogames at all, HUH), which I found worth trying every once in a while.

Considering the REALLY small amount of time I had to finish it(three days to animate it) it was a really brain-melting challenge due to UNI draining big jellies of time.
Turns out, it was supposed to be a bit longer, and would build up a bit more to a more chaotic ambience. BUT, I can still say it's fun to watch.
I guess the best way to get back to more 'regular' animating was to try the Flash tournament, though part of that will depend on how well this one does (i was 52 minutes late due to not considering the actual NG time!).

In other news, there ARE some small animations and drawings done waiting for another time-sandwich to be uploaded soon.

Hey there Newgroundewrs!, here's a small update to spread the TUMBLR account i'm pasting on the web. Probably the most convenient place for those small GIFS and nuggets that don't make it to NG (and also the place to stay tuned for permanent SPAM).

ALSO here's a small bonus which was an Uni assignment about creating a hypothetical "Opening credits sequence" for a movie that had no opening credits, and we chose to work with Blade Runner. It's a lot different than what i usually put here, but i still liked the way it ended up and you may find some bits of 'trivia' from the film:

As a microscopic UPDATE here's a small piece of (audio)visual bologna i worked on at Design School a while ago.
We had an exam that was about developing the brand of an emerging band, and while it included making a logo, an hypothetic disc cover and some flyers, i joined forces with my partner to include a BONUS that is the HALF-ANIMATED 'videoclip' you can see below.
While it didn't end up as polished as we wished, it contains some fun animated-live action bits at about half of the video.

Why HELLO Newgrounds. Guess i'm "back" again, with a little Halloween-flash for your floating ghost enjoyment!.
For the most part is a pretty experimental bizarre abomination-short, with some ridiculously effective hand-painted background/textures here and there.
Even if it wasn't much, ghosts are some of the most amusing things to animate.

It's actually the "fun" version of an Uni Project. On this flash down here(which is the actual 'job'), we made "Luchín the lizard" as a 'pet' for a school, and there he explains some new 'implementations' and stuff. The animation is quite 'decent', but it doesn't have too much to do in the Portal anyway, although if you "talk Chilean", then you may get some chuckles at the language ->

Well Hello again NG!,
I just started working on a "little" christmas flash (i just have like 3 seconds but it's looking 'good',heh-HEH), so here's a little preview-pic for you, (i'm also posting it here so i can have some 'bonus-motivation', since i haven't finished a flash in a while!).

In other news, (just in case you clicked because there was 'Mario' in the title) i lost my "Mario-Flash-Virginity" by making this little "commercial-animation" for an Uni - Project.
'Background' : We had to make a'promotional/expository' video about an specific 'commercial street' from Santiago(Persa Bio Bio, a very 'familiar' 'commercial-center' where you find every kind of old and not-so-old stuff).
Now i didn't uploaded it to the Portal because it's on spanish, and it's not like it has too much to do here, although it's funny to watch.

Now back to the FLASH, the movie is about some trippy lights, and wacky christmas-related abstractions...
So i hope to finish it in ... eight days? (OH SH*t)

I'm having some tablet-problems though, when you plug it, the 'cursor' starts shacking like crazy and clicking EVERYTHING, bringing chaos to my screen,then you have to fight a little to draw something...it's actually 3+ years old, but it's not 'damaged'.
Is that a 'normal' thing on tablets?

Well, this is another 'comeback' post like the one i did like ... 5 months ago, but this will (maybe) be a little more 'promising'. I suppose you can't predict your flash-productivity.
From now i'm planning on uploading more 'little' toons with more 'future'(i have a bunch of 'big' flashes in progress, with a 10% chance of being finished...) ... I'm thinking about starting a series or something like that.
Also, now that you're here you may like this thing i didn't put on newgrounds because it's not 'that' 'good' :
